Location of the house is in Dubrovnik touristic area called
Lapad bay and just 100meters from the house you can enjoy various beaches as
well as perfect nature in the Petka hill (150 meters from the house). Many restaurants
and bars are located in the area and the Old town is 10 min ride by Bus or
taxi. (30 min on foot).
Apartment takes entire 2nd floor of the house and is is aprox. 100m2.
Each of 3 bedrooms has it's own bathroom and a TV with SAT and AC. Living
room area is large combined with a fully eqipped kitchen and dining room. A sofa in the
living room can easily be transformed into a double bed.
There are 2 balconies and a large terrace for our guests to enjoy.
This apartment is great for larger families or couple of families because in
two bedroom a folding bed can be added so in total 10 persons can sleep with
max. comfort
