Minimum drivers' age 21 and valid driving licence at least 2 years.
Minimum rent 1 day. One additional hour (0-59 min) is free of charge. For more than one additional hour (60 min) an extra day is charged.
Fuel is not included in price. The vehicle is rented with a full tank and customers are obliged to return the vehicle with a full tank, otherwise the difference in fuel spent will be charged, plus refuelling expenses.
The vehicle is rented in accordance with the Rental Agreement, signed by customers upon collection.
BRABEL Rent a Car will not be held responsible for any injuries caused by the use of scooter and motorbike. The driver (renter) will be held responsible for all damages on the scooter or motorbike if not otherwise specified on the rental agreement.
BRABEL Rent a Car reserves the right at not renting a vehicle without explanation.
Cash payment: advance in the sum of full rent, except the owners of credit card (American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard, Visa).
All rates include third party liability insurance.
If our vehicle is damaged by the guilt of another vehicle, damage cannot be recompensed from the Collision Damage Waiver, but from the insurance policy of that vehicle (third party) Because of that rule, police report has to be made, and customer must give a statement about the accident on applicable forms.
If our vehicle is damaged by the guilt of its driver, the damage is insurable by compulsory daily extra payment for Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). CDW does not cover the full amount of damage (see deduction amounts and deduction waiver!)
- CDW does not diminish responsibility for the damage caused by the driver who was under influence of alcohol or drugs.
- CDW does not cover damages caused by person which is not mentioned as a driver.
- CDW does not cover the damage of these parts: tires, wheel rip, wheel covers, as well as damage of chassis, because these damages can be caused only by driver's carelessness.
- CDW does not cover damages of engine caused by lack of oil, or damage done to the oil pump.
Child seat, roof or ski rack will be charged 20 kuna daily - maximum 100 kuna per rental period (damages or loss will be charged at cost price).
