Reservation steps - Dubrovnik accommodation

1. While surfing our website, you can choose among all accommodation units from our offer as well as hotels and other services that Go to Cro d.o.o. provides ( rent a car, excursions, charter etc.). On our website you can also find all necessary information about Dubrovnik and Riviera and important tourist info that could help you during your vacation

2. When you find the accommodation that suites your needs simply click on reservation enquiry form and fill out all required necessary info. Once you fill in all the required information, click on the confirmation button and Go to Cro will send you an e-mail containing link for reservation enquiry confirmation. Please, click on the link and confirm the reservation enquiry.

3. After reservation enquiry confirmation our agency will check availability of the chosen accommodation and notify you if the accommodation is available or not available for the requested period.

4. If the chosen accommodation is available you will receive an e-mail (max. 48 hours after receiving confirmed reservation enquiry) containing your reservation details (link) so you can check your reservation once again and payment link for making advance payment which will confirm the reservation.(check payment options) . If you want to modify your reservation simply click on the modify button and make the changes and wait for our e-mail.

5. The advance payment as a confirmation of the reservation must be paid within 48 hours or 24 hours for the reservations within 30 days before arrival. Your reservation is confirmed (on-line credit card payment) as soon as we receive notification. 6. After receiving the proof of payment, we will send you an e-mail that contains a VOUCHER.VOUCHER is a document that contains all the information about the reservation (info about the host, the guest, arrival and departure dates and other paid services).
